Sales Manager (GeM)
The job as a Sales Manager is an exciting career as the candidates will get a lot of exposure while managing & scaling up Government-e-Marketplace activities of the company. Candidates will get an opportunity of exploring & working with B2G or Government buyers & fulfilling their requirements. At the same time, the candidate will get to learn and grow skills related to GeM operations including bidding in Adventure & Outdoor industry. The candidate will also get the opportunity to travel and experience various outdoor facilities and activities created by the organization. 1. Create, Manage & Optimize product listings on GeM. 2. Analyze product listing sales trends. 3. L1 listing creation in the category as per specs. 4. Process orders with invoicing & dispatch updates. 5. Coordinate the order fulfillment with on-time deliveries & PRC, CRAC updates as per GeM guidelines. 6. Updating Stock & Pricing on a timely basis. 7. Visit government prospects & clients for sales. 8. Follow up with existing government clients for upcoming requirements. 9. Manage incidents (if any) as per GeM guidelines. Skills, Qualifications & Experience 1. Graduate or Postgraduate 2. Good at Internet surfing 3. Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint &Outlook 4. Good communication & presentation skills in the local language 5. At least 1 year of experience at handling GeM Portal
