*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Overall DC Management:* Lead, manage, and optimize all activities within the Pune Distribution Center, including warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  
- *Leadership & Team Management:* Provide leadership to a diverse team of managers, supervisors, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel. Responsible for recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture.

- *Operational Efficiency:* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency in warehouse operations, ensuring processes like receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management are optimized for speed and accuracy.

- *Inventory Management:* Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate product replenishments.

- *Safety & Compliance:* Ensure that all operations within the distribution center comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Lead safety initiatives and conduct regular safety audits to mitigate risks.

- *Budget Management & Cost Control:* Manage the budget for the Pune DC, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service levels. Regularly monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational standards.

- *Customer Satisfaction:* Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and meet customer expectations. Address any issues related to customer orders promptly and efficiently.

- *Technology Integration & Systems Management:* Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other logistics technologies to streamline operations, improve productivity, and maintain accurate inventory tracking.

- *Performance Metrics & Reporting:* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and employee productivity. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.

- *Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement:* Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center to enhance operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
