Job Description
Exp Range: 6-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize WiFi solutions with a focus on WiFi 6 features and enhancements.
Conduct in-depth tuning and optimization of RF parameters to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Work on advanced networking protocols and configurations to support seamless connectivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WiFi features into larger systems.
Analyze and resolve complex WiFi performance issues, including RF interference, coverage gaps, and capacity challenges.
Contribute to the development of test frameworks and tools for WiFi validation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven expertise in WiFi technologies, including detailed knowledge of WiFi 6 (802.11ax) feature sets such as OFDMA, MU-MIMO, TWT, and BSS Coloring.
Strong understanding of RF principles, parameter tuning, and optimization techniques.
Solid experience in Linux-based development, including scripting, driver-level programming, and debugging.
Strong background in networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, and switching).
Familiarity with WiFi standards, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with mesh networking and multi-AP coordination.
Knowledge of network security protocols such as WPA3.
Experience with performance tuning tools (e.g., iperf, Wireshark) and RF analysis tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers).
