Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and Google Ads to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive targeted traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI through Google Ads. You will work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure that all digital efforts align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution:
Conduct thorough website audits and recommend actionable on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Perform keyword research and optimize content for organic search rankings.
Improve website performance through technical SEO, including page speed, mobile optimization, and structured data implementation.
Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
Manage link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns to boost domain authority.
Google Ads Management:
Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video).
Perform ongoing keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing of ad creatives.
Optimize campaign performance by analyzing click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, quality scores, and ad spend.
Monitor and report on campaign results to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure that all landing pages are optimized for paid traffic.
Analytics & Reporting:
Set up and maintain goals, funnels, and custom reports in Google Analytics.
Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Provide regular reports on the performance of SEO and Google Ads campaigns, highlighting key metrics and KPIs.
Collaboration:
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns).
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with website analytics and optimization tools.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress experience is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
