Job Description:

As a Webmaster , you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online
presence. You will collaborate with external agencies for both design and development
tasks, ensuring that our website reflects the dynamic nature of our industry and engages our
target audience effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with external design and development agencies to plan, execute, and
monitor website projects.
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, including content updates, bug
fixes, and performance optimization.
3. Implement best practices for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search
Engine Marketing) to improve website visibility and traffic.
4. Monitor website analytics and generate regular reports to track key performance
indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to
ensure website content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to recommend
innovative solutions for website enhancement.
7. Conduct A/B testing and user feedback analysis to optimize website usability and
conversion rates.
8. Ensure website compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data
privacy and accessibility standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) as a Webmaster or similar role, preferably in a tech
industry environment.
3. Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, PHP).
4. Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web analytics
tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
5. Experience working with external agencies for website design and development
projects.
6. Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and digital marketing strategies.
7. Excellent project management and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
