Business Development Lead
Role Description
This is a contract Business Development Lead role in India. The Business Development Lead will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to business development, including lead generation, market research, and customer service. This is a hybrid role, based in Bengaluru or Delhi NCR with the flexibility for some remote work.
Ideal candidate would have 9-10 years of experience in business development, & ecosystem building. Preferably in the Tech industry. Candidate should be a self-starter, proactive and a team player.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in business development or sales
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the technology industry and market trends is a plus
Basic Function/Job responsibility
•â â Tapping new accounts, communicate AnitaB.org India’s value proposition with articulation.
•â â Designing new revenue streams after carefully analyzing the gap in India in the space of DEI. Work closely with clients to find alignment for programs
•â â Meet the revenue target by leveraging connects and leads from the US
•â â Support the events team by helping source leads and registrations for all size events
•â â Implement and manage internal processes with respect to finance, legal, People & culture.
