We are right now hiring for sales personnel for Tech. Person should be having experience in selling IT Hardware(Like laptop, mouse, CPU, RAM, etc) & Networking items(like IP phones, switches, router) to Government Sector


Key Responsibilities:

· Identify Opportunities: Research, identify, and evaluate government procurement opportunities at the federal, state, and local levels.

· Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit compelling and competitive bids and proposals in response to government solicitations, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

· Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with government procurement officials, agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance our position in the market.

· Market Analysis: Stay abreast of government procurement trends, policies, and regulations, providing insights to the sales and leadership teams.

· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and deliver successful bids.

· Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our company.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, opportunities, and bid-related activities.


· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in government bid sales, with a demonstrable track record of successfully securing government contracts.

· Target achieve & goal oriented  

· In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
