Role & responsibilities

  • Making inbound/outbound calls to customers 
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Providing information as per customer query related to the customer 
  • Resolving customers issues in a timely manner
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate department

 

Preferred candidate profile

 

  • We are looking for Fresher to 2 Years
  • Good Communication skills required
  • Proficiency in basic computer
  • bachelors degree preferred.
