Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

● Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.

● Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues promptly.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.

● Support the implementation of design changes aimed at enhancing product quality and performance.

● Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.

● Assist in training production staff on quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

● Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

● Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

● Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

● Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality control procedures, and compliance requirements.

Skills Required:

● Minimum 3 years of experience in production and quality management roles.

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

● Knowledge of production processes, quality control procedures, and Lean manufacturing principles.

● Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP tools.

● Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 is a plus.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with solar mounting systems or related industries is advantageous.
