â— Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing customized label printing solutions.
â— Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine their label printing requirements and recommend the most suitable products and services.
â— Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring all details are clear and comprehensive.
â— Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our label printing capabilities, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our products and services.
â— Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
â— Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
â— Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales support and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
â— Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM system. Skills/Abilities to Meet Job Requirements:
â— 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the printing or packaging industry.
â— Knowledge of key consumer & industrial good segments and its unique label printing requirements i
â— Excellent communication and presentation skills.
â— Strong negotiation and closing skills.
â— Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
â— Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory. Preferred Qualifications
â— Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
